How do I get my free clog?
Once your order reaches $200 USD (after discounts) with an AiraRib™ item included, the offer will unlock in your cart. Choose your size and add it to your cart before you check out.
Do I have to pay anything for my free gift?
The Charlie Clog itself is free, but a $20 USD shipping fee applies at checkout, paid directly to Since 1974 for their own shipping rates; this fee also covers duties and tariffs. This is separate from and in addition to any shipping cost on the rest of your Boody order.
What if my size isn't available?
Sizes are subject to availability and can't be guaranteed. We're not able to offer a substitute size or item. The Charlie Clog is available in strictly limited numbers while supplies last.
Will my free gift arrive with the rest of my order?
The Charlie Clog is shipped separately by our partner, Since 1974, rather than by Boody, so it may arrive on a different timeline. For any delivery, condition, or sizing issue with the clog itself, please contact Since 1974's customer service team directly.
How long will my free Charlie Clog take to arrive?
Please allow 7 business days for your Charlie Clog to be made, plus your chosen standard or express shipping time. Since 1974 don't pick your pair from a shelf; every pair is handcrafted to order in their Gold Coast workshop, where their craftspeople cut, construct and finish each pair using genuine Australian Merino sheepskin, continuing the way they've made footwear for more than 50 years. Can I return or exchange my free clog?
The free gift can't be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash, including for a different size.
What happens to my free gift if I return part of my order?
If your retained order value falls below $200 USD after a return, or you return the qualifying AiraRib™ piece, you'll need to return the free Charlie Clog as well, or its value may be deducted from your refund.
