You can check the status of your order by accessing our Self-Service menu and selecting ‘Track order”.
If you have a Boody account, you can also check the status of your order under Account - Order History.
Unfulfilled means your order is currently in process at our warehouse. Fulfilled means your order has left our warehouse.
