What is your Exchange/Return Policy?Updated a month ago

Sometimes, things just don’t work out. It happens! 

You can return (for an exchange or refund) any item with the exception of Final Sale items and Intimates (Underwear and Socks), within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and presented in its original condition and undamaged packaging. 

Only unopened Intimates (Underwear and Socks) can be sent back for an exchange/return.

Please try on items without makeup, perfume, or beauty products, as these can leave marks or scents that make the item non-returnable.
All returns are inspected by our QC Team, and we reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards, as per our policy.

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened Intimates, except in the case of a faulty garment. In which case, our Customer Care Team will assist in sending a replacement to you free of charge. 

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns on the category page, as well as on the product page. 

Please note we can only accept returns that have been purchased directly from boody.com.
For any orders placed elsewhere or purchased from one of our stockists, please contact the retailer directly.
