All returns, for refund or exchange, are charged at $9.95.
This fee will either be paid in the returns portal (for exchanges) or deducted from your refund amount (for refunds), to cover the cost of sending the item(s) back to us using our return label.

Want more flexibility? At checkout, you’ll have the option to add Return Coverage (Checkout+) for $5.00.

With Return Coverage, you can return or exchange all eligible items (non-Final Sale and non-Intimates) from that order at no extra cost within 30 days of delivery.

If you don’t purchase Return Coverage, you can still submit a return request later, but standard return fees will apply.

Please note: Return Coverage is final sale and cannot be refunded once purchased.
