This can be a tricky one! 

This can be done, but it will depend on the status of your order. 

From checkout, you have 15 minutes to update your shipping address.

This can be done from your order page linked in your order confirmation email.

After 15 minutes, your order will be released in our system to our warehouse team.

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to make any amendments at this stage. Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, you can use your tracking link to request a redirection with the shipping carrier. 

Heads up - when choosing an Express Checkout option, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal Express Checkout, your saved email, payment, and shipping details will be automatically filled in. Therefore, it is important that the shipping address associated with your account is accurate and up to date.
