Can I group two or more orders under the same return?Updated 2 days ago
Our process is automated and goes off the scans from the barcode on your return label provided from our Returns and Exchanges Portal as your parcel makes its way back to us.
While you can return multiple items from the same order, separate orders cannot be returned under the same label.
Only the request linked to the barcode on the label affixed on top of the parcel will be processed accordingly.
If you have submitted separate returns, but already sent your item(s) back under one label, please contact our Community Happiness Team and provide us with the order numbers of your requests.
