Can I group two or more orders under the same return?Updated 7 months ago

Our process is actually all automated (Woo! Technology!) and goes off the scans from the barcode on your return label provided by our Return and Exchange Portal as your return makes its way back to us. With this in mind, only the label affixed on top of the parcel will be processed accordingly. 

If you have already sent your item(s) back, please contact our Community Happiness Team and provide us with the order numbers of your requests
