Can I return Underwear?Updated a month ago

Outside of our Comfort Guarantee, we do not accept any returns, for refund or exchange, on intimate underwear. This includes all Women's Briefs, Bikinis, G-Strings, Undershorts, Period & Leak-proof underwear, and Shapewear, as well as all Men's Briefs, Boxers, and Trunks - this is for hygiene, health, and safety reasons.

If any intimate underwear, aside from that covered by our Comfort Guarantee, is sent back to us, we will be unable to issue a refund/exchange, and we will also be unable to return the items to you.
