How do I exchange or return an item?Updated a month ago

To submit a return for an exchange or refund, you will need your order number and the postcode associated with your delivery address.

If your order was placed before April 29th 2025, your order number will start with CA, and you can use our Returns & Exchange Portal here to submit your request.

If your order was placed after April 30th 2025, your order number will start with NA, you can use our Returns & Exchange Portal here to submit your request.

Before proceeding with your request, we kindly ask you to review our Returns and Exchanges Policy to verify you meet the criteria.

Once submitted, you'll be emailed a return label to print out.
Once your return has been processed by our Warehouse Team, your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment used to purchase your order, or if you selected a gift card, you will be emailed instructions on how to use this.
If you requested an exchange, your new order will be processed, and a new order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.
