Sometimes, things just don’t work out. It happens! 

You can return any item with the exception of Final Sale items, Socks, Bodysuits, and Underwear (excluding Bras) within 30 days of the date of purchase. The item must be unused, presented in its original condition and undamaged packaging. 

We kindly ask to try on items while not wearing any make-up, perfume, or beauty products that can leave marks or scents, as this could cause the item to be deemed non-returnable by our team. 

For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate items such as Bodysuits, Socks and Underwear, except in the case of a faulty garment, as per Consumer Rights Directive. Underwear includes all Women's Briefs, Bikinis, G-Strings, Undershorts, Shapewear, and Period & Leak-proof Underwear, as well as all Men's Boxers, Briefs, and Trunks.

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned, unless faulty. 

Please note we can only accept returns that have been purchased directly from ca.boodywear.com.
For any orders placed elsewhere, please contact the retailer directly.

If you paid postage on your original order, please note that this is non-refundable. 

All returns, for refund or exchange, are charged at $9.95. This fee will either be paid on the returns portal (for exchanges) or deducted from your refund (for refunds).
