Why are prices shown in USD in the return portal?Updated a day ago

In our return portal, prices and credit amounts are displayed in USD because USD is Boody North America’s primary currency. This helps us maintain consistency and clarity across our systems.

However, if you choose to receive a refund, your refund will always be processed and returned to you in the currency you originally paid, so Canadian dollars (CAD) if you purchased in Canada. 

This way, you won’t have to worry about currency conversion fees or fluctuating rates affecting your refund amount.
